Highlights

The new checkout tills are now live in H&B stores across the UK and Europe. And have replaced more than 1,800 pay points across nearly 800 stores.

EE Homepage redesign

EE witnessed a significant drop-off rate from customers when landing on the homepage. As well feedback claiming that the page was confusing by some, with no structuring prioritising  customers/partners/business needs in a cohesive way. I was tasked to redesign the EE homepage, to modernise the site and utilise data and research to restructure the information architecture to create a welcoming entrance to the site for all users.

EE Mobile Gaming concept

During 2024 I was involved in a business hack, with the aim to solutionalise and discover ideas for the business that were both short term and long term.Through user research we discovered that EE is perceived as “just broadband and mobile”. With the UK gaming market rapidly growing (and with EE having a 1.1% market share already, from selling consoles and games), we decided to introduce a gaming service through our existing app, with the intention of changing this perception.

Targeting our existing EE app users, we utilised the app to showcase mobile games available. Accessible once you have an EEID, to play and download on the go. Increasing app engagement, as well as building our reputation as a home for gaming.

EE One

In 2023 EE launched New EE in 2023, introducing that they’d be selling broadband to customers. We launched a new proposition that aimed to reward customers for becoming a converged customer (owning both EE mobile and EE broadband).

I was tasked to design multiple digital experiences that were aimed at educating customers on what EE One is and to be eligible. As well as converged purchase journeys, which proved complex as it involved combining various journeys together that had never been done before. Encountering multiple edge case scenarios, technical constraints, design/squad alignment.

I continue to develop on this project, testing and iterating on the journeys and pages.
